We're former teachers, principals, and education advocates who believe in the power of cultural exchange. Some of us served as Senate pages, others as Peace Corps volunteers. We've lived abroad, learned new languages, and experienced the challenges and joys of cultural adaptation.
Now in our 40s and beyond, we're applying decades of experience to support the next generation of international educators. We're not a tech startup or a profit-driven corporation—we're educators committed to education.
After years of careful preparation, research, and building relationships with schools across America, we're ready to support your journey with the wisdom that only experience can bring.
Reginald Powell brings over a decade of hands-on experience managing, training, and supporting international teachers in district and charter schools, where he has successfully guided cohorts of J-1 visa participants through cultural adaptation and professional development.
As a K-12 public school administrator, he worked directly with BridgeUSA Exchange program teachers, collaborating with visa sponsors and government authorities to ensure compliant, successful placements while developing specialized training materials and mentor systems. His unique perspective comes from his own international experience as a Pennsylvania State University Graduate Research Fellow and U.S. Peace Corps volunteer, giving him deep insight into the challenges of cross-cultural adaptation and the importance of cultural exchange. At IE2 Services, Mr. Powell serves as a trained Responsible Officer (RO), bringing his extensive knowledge of what truly works in international teacher support programs.
Kristina Braham, LMSW, brings over 15 years of experience as a licensed social worker supporting immigrant communities and underserved populations, with deep expertise in navigating cultural transitions and federal compliance requirements.
As Regional Operations Director at a major healthcare organization serving immigrant and underserved communities, she oversaw multicultural clinical teams, managed federal grants, and developed culturally responsive service models for immigrant populations.
At IE2 Services, Ms. Braham serves as both Alternative Responsible Officer (ARO) and Chief Financial Officer, maximizing her operational expertise in compliance, grant management, and supporting families through complex immigration processes.
Jen Garcia began her career in public education as a volunteer at her daughter’s elementary school. Always one to put her “best foot forward,” Ms. Garcia’s effectiveness as a school volunteer quickly led to a full-time employment offer. Since then, she has served schools in a variety of roles including Dean of Communities and Head of Enrollment where she focused her efforts on recruiting and supporting diverse student populations.
At IE2 Services, Ms. Garcia utilizes her exceptional people skills to connect the best international teachers with the best schools.
